Wow! I’ve been so totally caught up in internet stuff this week I TOTALLY forgot the Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie is online . I know it’s April 1st, but it’s not a prank. Really. Click the image below to go to the site. You’ve probably got about 4 more days to view it (or download it. Sshhhhh! I didn’t say that). Well you should definitely take this opportunity to see the movie for FREE. As a guy who went to a movie theater-trust me on this. In fact. I drove WAAAYYY out to a suburb ALONE, my girlfriend at the time that her son was too young to see it. And it only played in my local theater 7 days and that was it. You know theaters these days; you don’t pull your own weight and your outta there!

So I drove out there and sat in a theater with about 5 people and we all laughed uncomfortably for an hour and a half. See here’ the thing about the movie; it’s not very good. I’m not saying it’s awful, but…it’s not very good. That first 5 minutes is INCREDIBLE. But then you’ve got that other 85 minutes to deal with. The mystery is how do they do such a good job on the TV show and then with all the time in the world, ruin it as a movie? Listen, a lot of people liked it. But I’ve been watching the show since the beginning, and I’ve seen MUCH better episode than the movie. And that’s the issue all the money and time, etc and for it not to be as good as the TV show is a problem. They know it. Trust me. That’s why they start the movie saying “we got your money.”

But for free on TV? It can’t be beat. And listen, I’m not gonna say it can be downloaded by using a certain Firefox add-on. I’m not gonna say there are 9 flv files and this process can be done in 10 minutes. Because I KNOW you want to go out and buy the DVD. What I will say is they put new shows on the website every Friday, so if you want to watch it, you’ve probably until to do “whatever.”
