Getting new tires and getting rid of old ones

So my sister called today. It was about the tire situation. A few months ago 2 of her tires got punctured, and then one day a few weeks later 2 more were flat. The first time I had her meet me at a tire shop on 74th and Cottage Grove and they charged us about 30 dollars for each replacement used tire. They also took the old tires off and put on the ones they sold us. I usually go to a place on 85th and Commercial but this was a tight fix. So now she
