Better Get a Good Auto Accident Lawyer if You Get Injured In Chicago
So I’m hungry tonight. Why am I hungry? Because my mom has got my car. Why does my mom have me car? Well first of all I can tell you don’t know anything. It’s not a car it’s a 2 door pick-up truck. And it’s been so long since I’ve seen it I can’t even remember what model it is. I know it’s a Ford. But she’s driving my car/truck around because I gave it to her for the winter. Why? Because some jackass ran his car into hers and totaled it. Now she doesn’t have an automobile at ALL. And she’s hasn’t had one for since July of last year because she got a low quality lawyer. And if YOU get a good quality lawyer for your accident or injuries because of your accident maybe you wont have to borrow somebody else’s car for a year.
Last year I had a girlfriend. The girlfriend cheated on me. We had an argument because my mother had been in an accident on her way to pick us up from a place that’s hard to park in downtown Chicago. Chicago is a good city for drivers, but if you’re going downtown that good starts to turn into bad, and you’re likely to have an accident. Maybe not a big one, but with all those tight spots you’ll get your car scratched or dented. Or worse you’ll injure some dummy trottin’ across the street against the traffic light.
But here’s the deal; my mom got one of those nobody Chicago lawyers and he’s dragging his feet. There hasn’t been any accident compensation, no money of any sort. You know I know people who have had deals where they get leased autos while it all works out. ESPECIALLY if your case is a not really a case worth any courts time. The guy that ran into my mothers car ran stop sign on a giant street where everybody saw it. EVEN a POLICEMAN! Saw it really should have gone to a criminal attorney in my mind. But she got this accident lawyer and I wish there was a way to sue HIM for malpractice. From what I’ve been told we have to get in touch with the State Bar, but who wants to get into a SECOND fight? So get a good auto accident lawyer in the first place. I know you’ll be in a hurry right after your accident. But make the calls to the Illinois State Bar Association . Do it.

Ouch! Isn’t there a department of insurance in Illinois? They must have some regulations to hurry this along for you and your mom.

Yeah that’s how things are going now. She’s all tied up trying to find out what the state can do, and if lawyer 1 has to be paid if she moves on to lawyer 2. Just a mess.
But I have a NEW woman friend after a year, and she actually got RAN OVER here in Chicago a few years back, and she didn’t have good legal representation either and got nothing from the case. Even now I’m trying to help her with a new situation, where her place has so much black mold it’s put her in the HOSPITAL! I mean, damn. So finding a lawyer or team of lawyers who haven’t figured out how to still be within the realm of “legal” while doing the minimal amount of work allowed by law is crucial. No way in hell a victim should be further mistreated-not in this day in age.
