Check out the story below . Turns out Big Asses are a GOOD THING. Now as a black man I could have told you that. In fact I’m sure somewhere on this blog I have. I actually bought a big bottom themed domain name that I’m PRETTY sure is going to cater to a more…adult crowd. If you know what I mean…So, according to the article, losing weight in that part of part of the body could be a good way to get diabetes. Losing weight in the stomach on the other hand is highly recommended though. But this country is obsessed with diets and dieting . That’s all you hear people talking about, especially now that the chilly season is over and people have to display what they’ve been hiding under those winter clothes.

One of my favorite moments in showbiz was the ascension of Jennifer Lopez and that moment was crystallized at an award show where she and David Duchovny did a presentation together and she wore the infamous open front forest dress. For years in Hollywood there are had been whispered snickering at J-Lo about her chunky bottom. But that’s women. NOT men. M en like a lotta a ss . And that moment when the whole world saw what having a full shapely body could do was a like a point scored for ethnic, and ethnically shaped white women, around the world. There would be no Beyonce without a J-Lo and her jello bottom . So quit it women! Don’t get so caught up in weight loss this year, throw your weight loss program and weight loss tips out the window. Keep your shape for a season and see how it goes. Get some tight pants or a short skirt. Diet plans are for people with health problems, anything short of that is not a reason to loss weight. If you’re having breathing problems, ok FINE loose the weight, but if you feel good and you look good keep the weight-at least around your bottom.

  1. Hey Dave,

Read your comment on Dat Money…thought I’d check out the post. Nice reading…:)

  2. Hi Teases
That’s funny I’ve visited your site as well! I appreciate that you came by and enjoyed what you saw.

  3. LOL! Thanks for the permission to have a big ass, Dave…I feel better thin, though…only 10 more pounds to go til I’m back in MILF territory!

  4. Hi Kathy
Well it’s not really me, it’s the scientist. I’m just a collateral recipient of this good news.

Along those lines my big decision of today is whether to finish one of these MMO articles I’ve got sitting on the shelf or do a piece on Brazilian women and how American woman are losing more and more men to the “long tail” of that country.

  5. Hi Dave
Thanks for visiting my blog. I love your posts, you have a great sense of humor.
It’s wonderful to see a man appreciate a woman with curves in a culture that is telling me that 5′2” and 130 lb is fat.

  6. Oh it was my pleasure Katia. You have a UNIQUE blog, so it really stands out. And I appreciate you making the trek over here.

But yeah, I think the whole culture is begining to do a reASSessment of women’s appearance. We just got stuck in this skinny/blond image in the 70’s and we’re only now starting to shake it.

  7. Hey Dave,

I am one of those women who went on a diet to loose the weight and now I’m totally unhappy because all I lost was my nice PHAT ASS. I worked years to get it as thick and rould as it was. And now listening to my Mom talking about I could be at risk for diabetes I started listening and paying closer attention to what I was eating. Now Im lonely and missing my ass and how attractive it was to me and men once i put on my clothes. I have much more to offer than my ass, but my ass completed me and made me feel like a complete natural woman.

  8. Nyree I’m sorry to hear about your ass
    :(
However diabetes is a serious condition to be careful about, particularly Type II, the kind a person can develop. But the good thing about being a woman is that as you get older, don’t be surprised if that ass creeps back up on you.

And that’s some other good news-the “approved” age a woman needs to be to still be considered attractive has also changed. I get 25 hits a day at this blog because one of the titles is similar to something men looking for older women would type. :)
